Hot Cocoa Recipe
Sweet indulgences…creamy, sweet hot cocoa. A healthy warm chocolate treat for a cold winter night. Low calorie. Low fat. Delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, heat milk over low heat until just bubbling, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
- Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
